Torque-Stop The Torque-Stop attaches to workstation arms and provides freedom of movement for pneumatic tools. A patented sensor applies a brake during tool operation to absorb torque reaction. When the tool is idle it may be moved rotationally and/or articulated up to 10 degrees.
The Torque-Stop
eliminates operator objections to restrictive workstation arms, while
providing protection from torque reaction. The unit may also be coupled
with the DGI SmartArm to provide automatic downward thrust to assist in
driving screws and drilling. The Torque-Stop consists of a patented sensor
and brake mechanism. |
